Dr. Williard is awesome. She is the first doctor I have felt truly comfortable with. She is a great listener, thorough and an excellent health care provider. Unfortunately we moved opposite directions from each other and I can’t see her anymore but if I could I would never want another doctor.

This will be my last time seeing Willard. Every time I schedule it’s always an issues with scheduling. Either they don’t see me in the system or the dates hag I’m requesting is not available. My experience is I was 16 mins late and was told that she would still see. After waiting twenty to thirty minutes and paying my co-pay (which they don’t accept cash) that the Dr Williams will jot be able to see me. I have waited over a week for this appt and took off work. Then the scheduler so busy on the phone asks me to give her second so that she can refund me. I have no more time to waste. Bigger than that no one cared about my issue and purpose coming in - and never asked if I would like to re-schedule and offered me the next available date. I’m so over this office. I WILL NEVER EVER EVERRRRERRRRRR RETURN. This is my experience.
