glad I left Oklahoma
My issues with this office begin with Nurse Ashley. A personality difference snowballed into her interfering with a prescription of insulin to the point I had to complain to Medicare as well as my insurance company about her vindictive behavior which the doctor never addressed. Insulin is very important to diabetics folks. It was finally settled because the insurance company came down hard on her antics. They also reassured me that if she became problematic again, let them know and they would take action against her. She also examined my diabetic feet and without two words of conversation told the doctor I did not have diabetic neuropathy. I was treated for the condition by a Kaiser Neurologist for two years, speaking loudly about Dr. Winslow's choices for his nurses. My main complaint in life stems from a spinal injury, and in my 3 years with Dr. Winslow, there was no addressing the issue or an X-Ray of my spine.

Dr Winslow is a quack ! He does not care about his patients, and says there is no such things as headaches. HE IS ALL ABOUT GETTING THAT DOLLAR

Each appointment I was there for 2 hours. Then he wanted to come in and breeze over everything. If I hadn't asked certain questions, I would have never know I was diagnosed with certain conditions because according to Dr. Winslow, everything came back normal. Being fast is ok if you are being accurate. Also, my records state that I was counseled on smoking and I haven't smoke in years. Very disappointed.
