Ignored a serious condition
Due to Dr. Holumzer dismissing my symptoms as anxiety, I was left with an untreated shoulder injury for over two years which triggered symptoms of a condition called Eagle syndrome that affected my voice, swallowing and breathing. The neglected injury also caused thoracic outlet syndrome. Dr. Holumzer has not taken accountability or apologized for refusing to look into my symptoms or take them seriously, causing me to suffer and causing a delay in my treatment.

As my brother's dr. at Good Shepherd Home in Bethlehem I can say this that I wouldn't take my stuffed animal to him for care. He once told me, "Your brother will never eat by mouth again!" I proved him wrong. He had my brother in the hosp 3-4 times a year for POSSIBLE ASPIRATION.....and all it ended up doing was making him resistant to antibiotics. I think he got his degree from a Cracker Jack Box! He's pathetic!

If your looking for an amazing doctor you don't have to look any further, Dr. Holumzer is a great doctor who takes the time to get to know you. Your not just a number or a paycheck for him. He truly does care about your wellbeing. He also has an incredible staff. Going to the doctor doesn't have to be dredful when you have a great doctor.

I have been with Dr. Holumzer for several years. I met him in the hospital where I was a patient and he was making rounds. I immediately thought that he was extremely intelligent. He was also very compassionate, which continues through to today. I'm extremely happy with the care provided and would not want anyone else.
