Dr. Clement Banda, MD

My experience with Dr. Banda has been great. He has been very cordial, professional and has spent a lot of time with me and discussed all of my issues; addressing each thoroughly. I had keloids on my right shoulder from a prior arthroscopic surgery in 2019 that hadenlarged and become very itchy. Dr Banda did an great job with injections that shrank the keloid down to nothing. After several injections they are flat and I don't even notice anything. I also have a couple skin conditions that he's currently helping me manage. He did a biopsy of the back of my neck a years prior, which went very well. He is very thorough and flexible, and he does his research. I would highly recommend him to anyone. -Martin

Very unprofessional guy. He denied me service simple because of a previous honest review that I posted. If you are on Medicaid I would not recommend stepping foot there you will be treated differently. It’s crazy because I drove 2 hrs 20mins from my university just to not receive any treatment when requested. Just trying to prevent the next headache that trying to deal with Clement Banda “Dr” will bring

Great doctor but staff isn't good at delivering messages and calling back. I submitted a request for a refill at the pharmacy and waited 3 days to hear that it was ready. Nothing, so I called his office. I was told that she would check with Dr Banda and would be called back. No call back, two days later I called to follow up to be placed on hold and then told that I needed to make an appointment. A week later and no one bothered to call me to let me know. This isn't the first time that I've had to call to follow up on refill request that required his approval. Those ladies at the front desk don't deliver messages or follow up with patients. I'm done this was strike #3.

I would most likely not recommend this doctor. He was very professional and overall did a fairly decent job. He performed 2 minor surgical procedures, numbing the area in his office and billed the insurance co $13,000. Totally ridiculous, this is why our insurance premiums are so high.

Dr Banda did laser lipo on me to help correct contour irregularities that a prior doctor caused with conventional liposuction to my abdomen. It definitely approved the overall appearance and he did make me wait 6 months after our first consult to have the procedure to make sure that all the healing from the first surgery had occurred first. This made me feel like he actually cared about a positive outcome and not just money. I think he has a very nice bedside manner. He is direct but soft spoken

Experience was surprisingly horrible. My doctor reffered me to his office. I have trouble with ingrown hair and scarring / blemishes from it. When he saw me he looked at me and simply said only laser hair removal would work. I thought he was going to refer me to someone but he did not. He told me to google laser hair removal in columbia. Then swiftly left the office. I absolutely felt like my time was wasted and felt like I was easy money for me. Find someone else

Great doctor, very straight forward about the pros and cons of a particular service. Very competent.
