Dr. Claudio Bet, MD

I've been going to Dr. Bett for 30 years now. He takes his time to listen to me, he offers advice when needed, and none when not needed. He tries to get me in ASAP if there is an issue and the most important quality for a doctor---- I trust him. Also, his office staff is great as well.

My husband and I have been going to Doctor Bet for over 20 years. I cannot say enough good things about him. Appointments are easy to get and he has referred us to specialists when necessary . My husband and I are both close to 70 and he is by far the best family physician we've ever had.

Tested positive for COVID19 on weekend and this doctor was the on call person - he refused to talk to me and denied my request for Paxlovid. He said if I had severe or worsening symptoms, I had to go the emergency room to get it — contrary to the prescription label, that clearly says it is meant for early treatment for mild to moderate cases, to *prevent* worsening. Will not recommend this uninformed and unhelpful doctor.

My experience with Dr. Claudio A. Bet was most professional and helpful. He examined me well and gave excellent medical instruction to improve the quality of my health and life. Dr. Bet bedside manners were also excellent. I am completely satisfied with him and his staff. I highly recommended him to anyone needing a good family doctor! I rate him with the highest rating and sincerely support his outstanding practice of medicine!

Dr. Bet has been my mother's physician for 15+ years. The care has been adequate at best and that is being generous. Where he and his office staff fail is in communication. They fail to call back and it is nearly impossible to speak with him. I tried to reach him to have him complete FMLA paperwork as a daughter of one of his patients (my mom) and he could not be bothered. Mom is in her mid 90's with dementia. I offered to pay for the service but he refused even the courtesy of returning my calls. My siblings have also experienced significant issues related to communication regarding mom's care.

Been with Dr. Bet for years now and wouldn't go to anyone else. He genuinely cares about his patients and does his best for them!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Bet for over 15 years, and he was the one who found that I have diabetes. I have been going to him ever since. He is always available and helped me with specialists as I have needed them. He is easy to talk to and I have full trust in his advise.

I've been with Dr. Bet for almost five year and he is very knowledgeable doctor, have good referral source. It's easy to make urgent apportionment. Staffs there are very nice.

Nice doctor however, the doctor really needs to call back his patients in a timely fashion. The staff, at the window appear to not be listening when you talk to them. They'll ask you for information and then turn around and ask that same information again. Quite frustrating.
