Dr. Claudia Nicholas, MD

I can’t say enough nice things about Dr. Nicholas. For an entire year before seeing her, I saw a doctor who brushed me off and said my hormones were unbalanced and just to get on birth control. I hated my body and accepted that it hated me too. I decided to get a second opinion, and it changed my life. During our first appointment Dr. Nicholas listened to me thoroughly. She scheduled an ultrasound, and that’s when we found my ovarian cyst. For the first time in years I felt justified in my body’s reactions. Our first attempt at removing the cyst ended with an extreme allergic reaction which delayed the removal. The second surgery attempt Dr. Nicholas told me she was letting the surgical team know the entire week ahead of time that her ‘special patient’ was coming. I felt so safe and protected in her care, and my surgery couldn’t have gone better. She removed my ovarian cyst and treated my Stage 2 Endometriosis. I feel so entirely grateful that I found a doctor like her.
