I was a patent of Dr. Kinzer for over 10 years. During the last year, he was seeing me regularly to monitor my physical health while I was receiving therapy for PTSD. When I went to my last appointment, the staff said I wasn't scheduled. They said I could be seen if I could prove I had and appointment but, otherwise, I would have to reschedule. I didn't have my appt card, so I couldn't prove anything. When I got home, I found my card and called the office. I explained to Dr. Kinzer's nurse, Kathy, what happened and said the incident was causing me difficulty because of my PTSD and trust issues. Dr. Kinzer refused to speak to me about the incident and before I could schedule another appointment, he dropped me as a patient because his "staff" said I had a tantrum. I did not have a tantrum. I explained I was having trust issues because of my PTSD. To be so ugly and disparaging to a patient with a known medical condition shows the true uncaring nature of Dr. Kinzer and his nurse.

Dr. Kinzer is great! A physician that doesn't make you feel like you should keep a hand on your wallet. Very down to earth and practical. Takes time to sit with you and answer questions and make suggestions.
