Dr. Cindy Resnick, DPM

This is my second review for Dr. Resnick. I am a fairly new patient and I can not say enough about this practice The office staff is extremely kind and friendly. Dr Resnick is the absolute sweetest and nicest doctor I have ever met. She is thorough, professional and was spot on with my diagnosis. My only regret is that I didn't find her sooner.

In my situation, due to an Achilles Tendon teart my overall Health deminished, dispite recieving treatment from 3 other docters. As a result of, learnig about Dr. Resnick's vast knowledge in the field of Podiatric Medicine & Surgery combined with the fact that she is widely regarded as one of the Top 3 Podiatrist within NYC: I sort a second opinion through her office. Dr. Resnick knew what to look for and immediately addressed the root cause of my foot problems, resulting in a complete restoration of functional mobility to the Achilles Tendon and 'no pain'. So I'm back playing basketball, which for me is the catalyst for maintaining good Health. Thanks again, Dr. Cindy Resnick for getting these remarkable results!

I broke and dislocated my toe and was leaving for a cruise a few days later. Dr Resnick said I could come in at the end of the day. She was quite accommodating and was empathetic to my situation. She took an x-ray and the numbed my toe and set it back in place. She is very personable and has a great bedside manner. She went out of her way to help me. I couldn’t be happier with Dr Resnick, her staff and the results of her actions.

Dr Resnick only cares about your insurance. She embarrassed me in her office, raising her voice, while I had foot pain. This was about copays. This behavior is unprofessional, concerning and unacceptable. She is very loud and not tactful at all. She has poor communication skills.

Highly recommend this podiatrist! First, the staff is friendly, organized and most importantly competent! Dr. Resnick bedside manners is exceptional, Dr. Resnick is very kind and gentle as possible when taking care of your feet. Dr. Resnick also is very truthful and she spends time with you so you understand what she’s doing. Dr. Resnick explains step-by-step what’s going on and how its being done and if it’s going to hurt a little bit or it’s going to hurt a lot which that doesn’t happen because she make sure when she does a procedure you’re really numb in the area that she’s going to be working on. The bottom line is I can’t say enough good about the Dr Resnick and a wonderful staff. Thank you Doctor!!!

Dr. Resnick gave a good foot exam, but not helpful or attentive as far as insurance. I had gone to the fine Dr. Hilary Alpert of Healthcare Associates for years, and being a diabetic with neuropathy, was approved for orthotics for years, as long as I waited at least a year between requests. When Dr. Alpert was about to leave Healthcare, she wrote a prescription but referred me to Dr. Resnick or Dr. Raymond Walls (an orthopedist) for implementation. In anticipation, I called my insurance co. and got pre-approval with a representative name and a code number. Dr. Resnick was adamant that they shouldn't be approved in less than 5 years and that if I wanted her to order them, I had to leave a deposit of $400 in case her call to insurance "might" result in non-approval. Of course, I declined (w/o insurance they cost only about $200), and went to Dr. Walls, who, experienced in diabetic foot care, agreed that they would be approved, as they were, immediately w/ no copay.

Dr Resnick is simply the best podiatrist in the world. I had a very painful issue with my foot. She took the time to explain the problem with my foot and how we should proceed without surgery. Within 3 visits my problem disappeared and hasn't come back. I highly recommend this wonderful doctor

Dr. Resnick is an excellent doctor. She is a great person and very attentive to her patients. I’m very happy she’s my foot doctor and I recommend her to everyone.

Dr. Resnick has been managing my diabetic foot care for many years. She is very caring and extremely understanding. She always gives good advice on how to improve conditions as they arise and I feel very confident that she will keep me from developing any serious side effects from my diabetes.
