I have been a patient of Dr Oracle or a provider at his facility for over five years! I had neck fusion surgery which Dr Oracle performed wonderfully! The Drs are wonderful down to the office staff, the physical therapist!

My experience at Spine Institute of Central Florida has been good help for me! My pain level was a 10+ upon my first appointment, when I left the first series on injections, my pain level was a 3. The staff and doctors are wonderful! always smiling and interested in how I am feeling. I recommend Spine Institute of Central Florida to all my family and friends.

I am 75 years old and suffered with back pain nearly all my life. I had a very very severe problem in my lower back and tried many treatments to help with the debilitating pain I had. So many injections over the years with other doctors. Physical therapy, chiropractors, pain medication and even water exercises but all treatments failed after time. I had Dr. Okafor perform a Lumbar and Cervical procedure on me and it was a complete success. Dr. Okafor was very informative of the procedures and how it would affect me in my current status. He reviewed all of my previous health issues and made a treatment plan for me. I came to Dr. Okafor with many previous failed cervical treatments and with medication that would never help my pain. Dr. Okafor reviewed all of my previous care and explained that I needed to be 100% open of all of my previous treatments, as it could have an impact on the treatment. When I met with Dr. Okafor, he explained the area of concern and how he would be treating it, based on his expertise and my health information I provided. I decided to proceed with the procedure, despite my personal concerns of my previous health issues, that I had arrived with. Dr. Okafor did an excellent job and now I live pain free. Dr. Okafor has treated my daughter over the years. He is very kind and caring towards his patients and will always spend time answer questions regarding treatment.

I highly recommend him. Dr. Okafor is so personal and easy to talk to. He took his time to explain the surgery and answered all of my questions. My family was very impressed with Dr. Okafor and his diligence. I am a walking miracle. I recommend any one with a spine problem to have him as their doctor.

My wife visited Dr. Okafor to get relief from back pain. After testing, the doctor recommended a spinal injection to relieve the pain. Once the needle was inserted, between the shoulder blades, and the medication was injected, my wife felt extreme pain in her abdominal area which radiated throughout her entire body. She became paralyzed from the neck down and had severe involuntary tremors.... tremors so strong that two staff persons had to lay across her body so she would not fall off the table. Dr. Okafor had no explanation for the severe reaction to the injection. After about 90 minutes the tremors quieted some and the feeling began to return so she could move her limbs. Wobbly and weak the doctor recommended a visit to the ER at the hospital. She stayed overnight for observation & was released. Dr. Okafor offered no treatment to resolve the ongoing weakness, fatigue & tremors. Several visits to Mayo Clinic have not help. 2 1/2 years later, the severe nerve damage remains. BEWARE!
