Terrible experience with child
Good my son into IHA urgent care on a weekend to get a splinter removed, Dr. Yadmark was on call that day at West Arbor IHA, he was terrible at his interaction with my 3 year old, didn’t explain anything that needed to be done, just said “we can do this the easy way or hard way”. Placed him on his belly and asked me to restrain him as he picked at his foot with tweezers, no topical numbing, nothing. Pretty traumatic to was your child kick and scream as the doctor pulls out splinter. Not good with kids at all.

No way
Such a bad experience with this doctor. Very rude and wants to make it super quick. He was backing out of the room even before checking what was wrong. Didn’t properly answer my questions and seemed annoyed. When he cameback he didn’t even come inside the room. He had half of his body popping out behind the door. I will make sure I never have to see him again.

Dr.Yadmark my experience
I followed Dr.Yadmark when he moved offices because he actually listens to what your issues. He’s a faster doctor comes in assesses the problem talks options and gives you a solution or two. Then Dr.Yadmark will ask you if your having any other problems at all and will try and fix those also. I didn’t ever feel rushed or unimportant I just felt listened to and it made the appointment go so quick and be very stress free. I would recommend Dr.Yadmark again.

He probably knows his stuff, but was in a rush and not interested in my questions or comments. Needs to slow down and take patient a bit more seriously. Went in with clear insect bite and asked if it looked like tick bite or possible Lyme disease symptoms. He didn't bother to look at the bite at all. Just launched into "best solution"--which was to give antibiotics. He may be right on protocol, but his manner was rushed and abrupt.

DR. Yadmark has been my physician for almost two decades. I have followed him from clinic to clinic and will again. He is highly competent and a good listener. I pay close attention to my health and want a doctor who works with me and just dictates remedies. Dr Y does just that. He answers my questions and we work out the best approaches. I once did not take his advice, much to my regret. He was right and had I listened I would have avoided a painful surgery.

Dr. Yadmark has been our family doctor for nearly 15 years. He has my family's full trust. He knows us as people, not just as patients on a chart. He engages with my sons, my wife and I at a personal level, taking a real interest in our lives and our health. He runs his scheduling and appointments better than any other doctor we've seen. Short waits, focused and empathetic face-to-face meetings, treatment plans that factor in our concerns and sensitivities.

I have been seeing Dr. Yadmark for numerous years for multiple issues (back pain, depression, anxiety, physicals, etc). Dr. Yadmark has been very professional, listened to my issues and suggested a course of action. My kids and husband go to him as well. I like that you get in and out quickly. Dr. Yadmark is very knowledgeable and would recommend him.

I really like Dr Yadmark. I have been a patient of his for years and he listens to my concerns about my health and medicine and always asks me if there is anything else new going on he should know about. He is a good PCP. I would recommend him to friends and family. Also he is punctual and I value that.

My interaction with Dr. Yadmark was one of the worst experiences I've had this year. His demeanor is poorly suited to primary care and given his office decor, I can only assume that his true calling is racing. It certainly isn't healthcare. When I met Dr. Yadmark, I was in intense pain due to spine problems. He dismissed my pain as nothing and did not offer treatment approaches, either medication or physical therapy or referrals to specialists. I was treated with indifference and coldness.
