The best you could hope for.

From the office staff to Dr. Graves’ visit, I rate them all fives! Dr. Graves is very attentive and thorough. I appreciate her prompt responses to my patient portal requests and concerns, as well as, test results.

I saw Dr. Graves 1 time years ago after a major surgery. I had been having trouble with my bladder for 6 months following my surgery and it was suggested I see a primary care doctor. I was promptly told by Dr Graves that the Dr that performed my surgery obviously botched it and it was her fault I was having issues but gave no assistance to help my concern. Needless to say I have never and will never return. She was horrible. The staff was rude, and nearly an hour and a half wait to be seen.

severing my ties after being long time patient. She is not the doctor she was 15 years ago and negativity filters on down to her staff. I have tolerated way too many non return phone calls, staff and lack of concern and allowing my prescribed medications to run out. I need a primary care physician who values the living. It's past time for Dr. Graves to hang up her shingle.......

Although I had been a patient for almost a year, I was always scheduled with the Nurse Practitioner, who was great and met all my expectations. But this last visit, I met with Dr. Graves herself and she just blew me away!! Dr. Graves is an amazing diagnostician as well as a great physician. I work in the medical industry, but in urgent care, not primary care. Dr. Graves listened to my concerns and found a life-threatening health issue within the first few minutes of our visit. Highly recommend!

This practice use to be a pleasant experience, caring and professional when nurse, Lorris, was there. Now this practice is horrible, Dr.Graves is very seldom there, and sends you to her assistant nurse, who is rude, and does not follow up with your needs. I have been trying to get them to fill out my workplace assessment forms since Dec 2016, have followed everything they have told me to do, but they fail to do their job and now I am forced to find another medical provider.

I liked and trusted Dr Graves until the last year . She has become undependable to meet appointments and unreliable in properly filling out paperwork as required for FMLA or otherwise. Things have changed for the worst for some reason.

I have been a patient for a long time. It seems like the lack of communication and inefficiency between some of the staff members continues to worsen. It put a bad image on the office as a whole and the office seems to be poorly managed. There are a few staff that go over, above and beyond for the patients, but it's not enough to compensate for the remaining poorly managed staff. Unfortunately due to the lack of stability in the office, I will be looking for a new primary care doctor.
