Dr. Christopher Yian, MD

The doctor is polite, respectful but he needs to listen carefully to the patient and have the patience, he is always in rush and want to finish the appointment ASAP and that makes me very stressful. However, the clinic is not busy. Also, last time as he in rush he puts I guess fiber endo scope in my nose then directly in my mouth, I don't know how safety it is to put something in nose and then mouth without cleaning. But for sure I feel uncomfortable doing that, so hopefully this feedback would help for better service especially dealing with the patients is very sensitive. patients are always wanting to feel comfortable, be listened and educated while dealing with any clinical instrument.

I would highly recommend Dr. Yian. I plan to continue seeing him.

Dr. Yian is extremely professional, skilled, and compassionate. He helped me with my problem which needed the expertise of a specialist/ENT surgeon. I would highly recommend him to my family members or anyone that needs an ENT they can trust.

I was a bit hesistant to see Dr. Yian based on the wide range of reviews I read but I decided to give him a chance. He was very professional and helpful. I have a very complex medical history and he took the time to go over everything with me and explained all my treatment options. I was very satisfied with his expert opinion and am awaiting surgery to fix my problem. I feel very comfortable with him and would highly recommend him.

Dr. Yian met with my 4 year old boy after his PCP diagnosed him with an ear infection. He had such a bad experience with his PCP because he was too rough with his ear. Dr. Yian, however, was very kind and personable which made it very easy for my son to get comfortable with him. After checking his ear, my son felt so much better about doctors looking into his ear. Would highly recommend Dr Yian. I had an ongoing sinus issue and he was extremely empathetic and took the time to ask a lot of questions. He is responsive to follow up questions and super knowledgeable.

Very poor. Saw him recently for hearing exam. I told him about an issue with blowing my nose which creates a sharp pain in my head. His response was "Well stop bowing your nose." That's not the kind of help I needed. Rude, not "doing his job". Go find another vocation!!! I see most of your reviews are very poor.

Not personable at all. He had all the reports etc and he came in sat down didn’t even shake our hand and said why are you here today what can I do for you? How rude! His office staff is horrible they said it was too much trouble to help get hospital records that they would have to “google” the info as of it was so much work to do so, so I took care of all of that myself. When you walk in they are definitely friendly.

Dr. had very little self confidence I could not allow him to perform surgery on me.
