Dr. Viale's name was used to bill for extra charges on my son's surgery -- technical component -- at Forrest Surgery Center. Seems shady -- my son had a different anesthiologist from a respected local practices who was actually on site during the surgery, administering the anesthesia. I'm not sure Dr. Viale was present at all -- just submitted charges a year after the fact. This was not disclosed beforehand by the surgery center. Going to dispute this.
