My time matters. When a 2:45 appointment stretches out till after 3 and I have to go find the doctor, that keeps me from other on time responsibilities. However, the doctoring is great. Hey, you asked.

He does not have the ability to show you your x-rays in his examination room, and thinks that your want to see them is somehow an issue. He did not talk me through the issue with my hip when I was having emergency surgery; he showed up very late (I had been told that I would be operated on by 8 am Friday, or early Saturday, and I was in extreme pain. The anesthesiologist and the surgery team, was waiting for a long time Saturday afternoon for him to show up. He did a partial hip replacement when most other practitioners would have replaced the hip fully to reduce the time of recovery. I have other specialists, and every one of them shows me the films, the tests, etc. and discusses the implications and the recommendations with me. He does not do that - there is no computer in his exam room, no way of him discussing the films or tests, so I guess he thinks I am stupid and can't understand him because he is a god-creature and I am human. So disrespectful.

Very warm personality and makes the right decisions on what’s going on and how to treat u. And I had a shot to ease the pain in my rotator cuff and I felt no pain cause he numbs ur skin first and was quick doing it. I hate shots but I would do it again I felt relief immediately and never felt the shot and had weeks of pain relief . Thank you for treating me and putting me on the road to recovery.

Very caring honest hard working

The staff and Dr. Sutton treated me with care and concern, providing me with a great deal of faith in their knowledge and abilities. Great "bedside" manner! Beautiful office, too.

I fractured my ankle in 3 places and he did the surgery. He made me feel comfortable. He told me exactly what he was doing. After surgery, he came to my room and discussed what to do next. He is very kind and friendly. He did a fantastic job on my ankle. I would highly recommend him.

I was referred Dr Sutton by another orthopedic practise and am i ever glad about that. Ive completed my physical therapy next door at Ivey and totally credit Dr Sutton for te results. My wrist surgery after s bad break was a definite success. I am so pleased with the almost invisible scar on my left wrist. During my first visit with Dr. Sutton he took the time to sit with me and discuss my injury in debt. He explained that my injury was a time sensitive matter and made sure that I understood the procedure that he and his team would be performing on me. He was professional, kind and very understanding to the fact that I had never had surgery before so he reassured me of the matter at hand. When I left Dr. Suttons office I was confident the procedure and all that was involved. I would recommend Dr. Sutton and his staff to anyone looking for a surgeon. He and his staff are very professional and makes the patients feel welcome and reassured. They work hard in contacting all involved parties from employer to insurance approvals. I will for sure return to Dr. Sutton if ever I am in need of his services again. 100%

Medical asst could use some pep in their step and customer service on how to interact with patient. The lady at the front desk is awesome
