I met Dr. Shank in [...] when I needed an emergency surgery due to a rare spinal injury. Dr. Shank eased my concerns and answered all of my questions. He took great care of me and showed compassion during a very scary time. My follow up visits with Dr. Shank have been amazing and he took the time to listen and show that he cares about my recovery.
