Professional and Quality Care
A very positive experience. I suggest everyone should reflect on what happens in the ER. Dr. Rafie was very careful to research my previous visits (this was my third in 3 days) and worked with me to make absolutely sure that although he could address the pain, which he did, I would either go home again until I saw my primary in the morning or get admitted to the hospital. He gave me extremely detailed analysis of everything with all the recommendations he could offer. I chose to go home after the pain was relieved again. I am now seeing a specialist. Every day you can see the type of challenges they continually face in ER. I received superb attention to detail and professionalism from Dr Rafie and our interaction left me feeling confident and informed. His explanations and recommendations were excellent. I came away feeling I had received the best effort from Dr Rafie and EVERYONE involved at the Good Sam ER.
