Charted things that didn’t happen
I was shocked by how I was treated by Dr. Price at a hospital follow up appointment. He downplayed my concerns and said I had a behavioral issue. The concerns I had were confirmed by a different doctor. He charted things he said I was doing that NEVER took place. He charted a full exam yet NEVER touched me. I am in the process of having those notes amended.
