I saw Dr. Penn for years. I would not trust my loved ones in his care. He lacks compassion and would routinely act like a bully.

The internal medicine group has some very fine doctors, and fine nurses. But, you can never actually call your doctor, and make an appt, ask a question, or anything, without first leaving your doctor's nurse a voice message, and then waiting. Everything goes thru the nurse, on her terms, and on her schedule. Some nurses are prompt, courteous, and considerate, and make that work. Dr Penn's, Kim, isn't. I never got past Kim's scolding, or disinterest in my medical needs. I ended up going elsewhere

Best experience with a doctor yet. Very polite and professional. Takes the time to listen and problem solve with patient. His staff is very nice. His nurse in the Infusion Clinic is awesome, She is one of the best nurses I have interacted with!
