Palazzo is always very kind and affirming of my transition. He has been the one to prescribe me testosterone and wants me to move forward at a pace that's comfortable for me while also listing what's available to me.

Since this was the first time I meet Dr. Palazzo, we spent most of our time reviewing my history, and discussing my current health condition. He ordered blood work for my high blood pressure, cholesterol, and sugar count.

I wanted to explain to the Doctor a medical issue I was experiencing. However, he told me he did not have the time to discuss it. I should say he told me to make it quick as the time for the appointment was up.

Certainly FAR better than my prior doctor and their reception desk people with an entirely different health service. (Not from Spectrum Health). Overall, things went smooth and good with my brand new primary care doctor and Spectrum Health.
