While I liked Dr. Norris his staff is lacking. They were suppose to have sent lab orders over to the lab Question Diagnostics for an appointment I made 3 weeks in advance I wanted 1.5 hours called them twice and still no orders for labs.

Highly recommend. I had been to two doctors prior and neither matched Dr. Norris' ability to clearly, concisely answer ALL my questions. He did not rush me through. Based on the results of my blood work, he put together a plan of action for my kidney health. I appreciated his calm, direct approach, spot-on communication & good working knowledge regarding my multiple health issues & how to treat me for the best results. I had to wait 6 weeks to see him, but he was totally worth the wait.
