Great Bedside Manner
I had Dr Newman in the emergency department at USA Providence and he sat down and talked with me to learn about my symptoms and explain my test results. He included me in the decision on how to treat my illness and explained the need for admission. He did his best to make me smile as well and gave time for me to ask questions.
