No Bed Side Manner and Very Rude
I have been a patient at this office for over a year and always felt respected—until today. I have never been treated with such disrespect, embarrassment, and disregard as I was by one of your staff members in front of the entire office.When I brought this to Dr. Netzel, my concerns were dismissed without absolute acknowledgment. Instead of addressing the unprofessional behavior I experienced, the staff member’s account was immediately accepted, and I received no apology for the way I was spoken to in a public setting—something utterly unacceptable in a professional medical office.I was also told that several other staff members were consulted about the situation, yet the one person directly involved—who checked me in—was not even asked. That speaks volumes. I urged you to check the security footage because I know my behavior remained professional—unlike that of your staff member. I will not be returning. Many other doctors treat their patients with the dignity and respect.

Avoid this doctor!
Dr Netzel is the worst doctor I had ever seen. He refused to address my chronic neck pain and did not offer any help. I have been going to Coast Spine & Neck for years and never had any issues until yesterday when I saw Dr Netzel, he had no concern or offered any help but to send me to a different treatment center.

Pain relief achieved!
I have been seeing Dr. Netzel for about a year now. I was referred to him by my primary after the doctor I was seeing said there was nothing more he could do. After a detailed introduction and visit, Dr. Netzel created a plan for me that relieved my low back pain for the first time in a year. I am so thankful for him, his staff, and the quality care he gives.

I have chronic, severe pelvic pain after multiple surgeries to remove endometriosis. Dr. Netzel was the first person in a very long time to actually listen to me and believe me (typically doctors discount my pain since I’m a female and it’s my abdomen…no matter how many times they’ve operated and found issues that would cause awful, chronic pain). Dr. Netzel never made me feel dismissed. He had multiple therapies and treatments for me to try to reduce the pain. He never has just told me to take ibuprofen unlike some pain ‘specialists’. If you have an opportunity, see him. He actually cares about patients and their quality of life.
