Dr. Christopher Naquin, MD

Called on Monday as new patient and got appointment on that Wednesday. Staff was very polite. Filled out 4 pages of paperwork, then seen soon after. He asked about my concerns and listened intently. Went through my medicine list and cancelled what wasnt needed. He also changed a few. Has a full panel blood work up as well. Follow up under a month from now. Nice and polite.

Doesn't answer his emails through the Ochsner portal. Doesn't call you after out-of-range blood work. Doesn't reply back if you ask a question through the portal. The phone staff doesn't call you back when you leave a message. Very poor communications dealing with this doctor and staff. I'm changing doctors.

I have been a patient of Dr. Naquin for about seven years now. I am completely happy with this doctor. He is knowledgeable. He listens to what I have to say. He takes time to explain to me what I need to know. His Nurse, Lisa., is one of the most caring and efficient people that I know. They make a great team and I will continue to have him as my primary doctor. I would recommend Dr. Naquin to anyone- as a matter of fact, my daughter goes to him now.

Started seeing Dr Naquin a year ago and have been treated exceptionally well. Sits and listens to you and explains everything to you in a manner for you to understand. His nurse Lisa and the staff in his office go over and above to get you seen ASAP too. I recommend all family and friends to Dr Naquin. I met him because he treated my mother for numerous years and she loved Dr Naquin and the way he was compassionate to her. Need a Great Dr, go see Dr Naquin and Lisa RN.

Great doctor. I don’t like going to doctors but he makes me feel like he cares

De Naquin is the only doctor I trust. I don’t go to any others. He is very thorough and really spends the time with that you scheduled. Before going to him years ago I never ever went to a doctor unless I was very sick. He makes me do annual blood test due to my family history and is one of the best with Bed Side Manner I have ever experienced. His nurse Lisa is always very friendly ljusg as the of The staff. It’s nice to walk in and everyone knows your name. Thanks and keep up the great job’
