We were able to be seen on the day we needed. Appointment was quick and efficient. The doctor was helpful and reassuring.

We saw Dr. Minnock for my son and it was a great visit. He answered all of our questions and was informative. My son loved him-he was great with kids!

He was generally nice and was very attentive. However, he talked too fast with soft voice - I understood most of the part but certain jargons I could not understand..

My daughter (ankle) was seen promptly upon check in having filled out our information on line prior to the visit. Dr. Minnock and team were able to utilize previously taken X-rays from the ER and provide a prompt diagnosis. We were able to get our Physical Therapy recommendations and also get fit for an ankle brace with 30 minutes.

Dr Minnock is very pleasant and helpful. He really shows he cares about getting my son back healthy to be able to back being an active student athlete. I highly recommend Dr Minnock!

My daughter is 8 years old, and Dr. Minnock put her right at ease. He spoke directly to her for most of the visit, and was not at all intimidating to her. He was very friendly yet very professional. Thank you to Dr. Minnock!

First time seeing Dr. Minnock, went for an evaluation of my son’s fractured wrist that had been casted in the ER. Reception staff was very friendly, always a plus. Was seen almost immediately upon arriving, called from the waiting room by the doctor himself. Dr. Minnock has a wonderfully warm, pleasant demeanor; extremely conscientious and accommodating of my son’s activity level in his assessment & treatment plan. Excellent listener and communicator; extremely efficient with our time without making us feel the least bit rushed. Left feeling very informed and confident in Dr. Minnock’s care. Truly an exceptional bedside manner! Seen by PA to add outer layer to cast, also very friendly and efficient. Checkout receptionist was excellent as well. Office was very clean and pleasant. Overall, an A plus plus visit (plus sign character restricted)—everything I could ask for in a physician and staff with the highest quality care I could have hoped to receive for my son!

Dr. Minnock is very attentive to his patients. I appreciate how he takes his time with my daughter. My daughter had spinal surgery with minimal pain and is cleared to go back to tumbling after three months. I can’t express how thankful we are to Dr. Minnock!

Dr Minnock takes the time to really explain things and spoke directly to my son, unlike most doctors who speak to the adult in the room. He doesn’t rush through things and answers any questions.

During the visit with out eight year old, he was very attentive and spoke to her. She was included in the care plan. Dr. Minnock made sure to ask about her feelings and concerns as the actual patient.

Dr. Minnock was great with my 10 year old daughter. He answered all of her questions and explained things in a way she could understand.

The second Dr. Minnock stepped in the room he made her feel so comfortable and she left with a smile on her face. Both situations Dr. Minnock took the time to explain things to us in detail and answer all of our questions. He provided a plan of action and helped our son to get healthy again.
