DrMeckel has a very organized practice. The hip he replaced is perfect. He is totally organized and answers questions in a clear and concise manner. I recommend Dr Meckel without reservation.

Caring, cutting edge and exceptional at surgery
I have had 3 joint replacements with Dr. Meckel in the last 22 months as a result of advanced osteo arthritis. This could have been incredibly challenging but with Dr. Meckel, we had a plan from the start and a schedule that allowed me to recover from each surgery and be in better shape for the next. I know my situation is unusual but it speaks to Dr. Meckel's incredible ability that these surgeries not only went well, but I am using my new joints pain free. It has been a remarkable improvement.

Fantastic Doctor
Doctors at Monterey Spine and Joint are punctual, listen to the patient and outstanding in their field of medicine. Their assistants and staff are courteous, professional and care about the patients. Dr Meckel is the best of the best. He has replaced both of my knees and one hip with great results. I highly recommend him to anyone struggling with arthritic joints that are limiting their enjoyment of life.

Excellent experience and results
Dr. Meckel and his team have a well developed and patient friendly method of educating and preparing patients for knee replacement surgery. Their responsiveness could not have been better. Every question of mine was answered promptly and capably. I am so happy with the results of my knee replacement. I walk without any trouble or assistance now, and enjoy the independence that comes with that. Dr. Meckel is extremely well informed and an excellent communicator. I appreciate all of Dr. Meckel's and his team's support, and highly recommend him.
