Piss poor, 2 year old son was at ER with a hand injury and he took less than a minute looking at his hand and said to wrap it and left. He didn’t wrap it, didn’t recommend us to wound care. Two days later we called Baptist and went to their wound care and got better treatment. They worked with his hand and told us what to do, that we had to physically move it every time we wrapped it or his hand wouldn’t be able to work. The ER doctor Manger didn’t mention it. If we would of just listened to him my toddler would of had to go to physical therapy and hopefully got function of his hand back. His negligence could of hurt my son. Thank god for Western Baptist.

My husband saw Dr. Manger at Lourdes ER. He had an “I don’t care attitude.” He had no desire to listen to my frustrations or concerns with finding out what was wrong with my husband, not simply giving him meds to deal with the symptoms. He then told me that “some people may bend over backwards and give you whatever you want, but I am not one of them.” Prejudged me and treated my husband based on that prejudgment. I would never refer him to anyone.
