He is a truly awful Dr. he didn’t listen, was dis.
He is the worst dr I have ever gone to. He doesn’t listen, talks over you and insists your problems are trivial.

Terrible human being.
Dr. Macdonald dismissed my chronic pain and told me it was “probably just depression;” it turned out I had a bulging disk in my neck pressing on a nerve that made my thumb feel like it was on fire, and I needed surgery badly. A month before surgery I needed a pre-op exam, so I scheduled one, and he cancelled; I had to drive an hour away to a doctor I’ll probably never see again to get cleared for the problem Dr. Macdonald dismissed.I wouldn’t trust this man with my dog

Disrespectful, rude, TERRBILE DR!
Dr. Macdonald is very disrespectful and rude. He never listens to you. He is short with you. His opinion matters only. He does not treat you with dignity and respect. He does not care or listen! I was his patient and he didn't even know anything about my PAH. I told him it was hereditary, he said it's not! It most certainly is! We wanted a test for my son to see if he had it and he brushed it off and said it was a panic attack. Go see your counselor it's out of my hands. We wanted a test to rule it out. Nope! If you don't like my professional opinion you can go somewhere else. I might not be a professional but I lived with PAH and know what it is! Save yourself from agony. Do not go to this doctor. ADVOACATE FOR YOURSELVES.

Caring Dr
Excellent staff, friendly and professional. There's not enough praise I could say about Dr Macdonald. I'm new to the area coming from a large city and feel very grateful to have found a caring attentive Dr. He listened to, and addressed all my concerns. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a professional, caring Dr. His staff treated me fantastic especially Heather. Thank you Dr Macdonald and staff as I know I'm in good hands

My mother has been very ill for many months at this point. She continues to have to make return visits for nausea, dizziness, and repeated kidney stones/UTIs. He has done nothing further to explore what is actually going on other than collecting copays, prescribing medications, and telling her to drink lemon water. I am trying to find her a better physician who actually cares. There could be a serious underlying condition causing this, and I don’t want to find out after it is too late. Just terribly disappointing, which I’m sure explains his already sub par rating. I’d give him a zero if that were an option.
