Had ACL reconstruction with Dr Kweon in early 2019. After going through rehab i still had significant pain in my knee. Dr Kweon was dismissive of my pain and said it would resolve on its own. In early 2020 I got an mri and second opinion from another doctor, and was diagnosed with loose bodies in my knee. The loose bodies were part of my original acl that was not removed properly before the graft was put in. This required a second surgery, and I now have chondromalacia in my other knee due to over compensating for my left knee. Ruined my quality of life and I may never get back on the ski hill again. Stay away

De.Kweon performed both of my knee surgeries and I couldn’t be happier. Him and his team were nothing short of amazing through the entire process. He gets you in and out quick and fully answers any questions you have. I instantly knew I was in great hands with him. I am extremely thankful he was my surgeon and couldn’t recommend him more if you ever need a sports medicine orthopedic surgeon he’s your guy. He’s a very thorough doctor and you will be very happy with the result of your surgery.
