My good friend highly recommended him to me , my first visit is impressive, Dr.Jue is a very friendly and knowledgeable person, sweet and warm heart, such a down to earth person. I been having IBS with constipated for years , he gave me advices and order me a X Ray without hesitation! He knows what I need to do !! I’m looking forward X Ray on this coming Friday morning, and a follow up later !

Dr. Jue is an extremely knowledgeable, kind, down to earth and compassionate GI doctor. When my family doctor cannot figure out for years where my pain came from, Dr Jue quickly diagnosed that I had pancreatic problem after asking me three questions. The SAME day after his diagnosis, he helped me set up the CT scan. When the CT scan showed that I had a tumor in the pancreas, the next day, he sent me for a biopsy. The biopsy confirmed that I had late stage cancer that has metastasized! Next, he helped me set up a quick appointment with the chemo oncologist. Everything is done in less than a week! HIS ACCURATE DIAGNOSIS AND LOVING CARE SAVES MY LIFE!!!When I was so sick with my first chemotherapy at Novant Hospital, Doctor Jue sent his whole team of doctors to take care of me to overcome the side effects. I thank God for blessing me with such an incredible experience and kind doctor every day! He always went out of his way to help and encourage me! Without him, I would have given up!

I was crying and he took the time to place his hand on.my shoulder and explain everything to me.

I saw Dr. Jue after I had an abscess in my spinal column. I almost died from the abscess. My neurosurgeon felt like I had a hole in my esophagus because the infection had to have a way of entering my spinal column. My neurosurgeon requested a gastroenterologist run a camera down into my stomach to look. Dr. Jue had me do a barium swallow test. This test did not show a hole, when I ask him to do the test my dr had requested he refused, he said I was not sick enough to have that problem. If he had taken the time to read my records or listened to me he would have seen I had been in ICU for a week and in the hospital recovering for 3 more weeks. I have seen another gastroenterologist and I have metal hardware that has pushed through my esophagus. I am currently taking a very high dose of antibiotics to keep the infection under control until my spinal fusion can be removed and my esophagus can be repaired. I did not think he listened to any of my concerns, I hope this review helps!

He goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable talking about what’s going on

My husband is a patient of Dr. Jue, we would recommend him to anybody looking for a doctor that is willing to go that extra distance for you. Never have we ever felt like we were rushed in and out like we have at some offices. There is very little wait time and the staff would be hard to beat. I go to church with a lady that is also a patient, and she also has nothing be good things to say about Dr. Jue. Dr. Jue thank you for all that you are doing for us.

Efficient office staff. Little wait time. Dr. Jue was businesslike and efficient. Nearly 4 weeks later, still dealing with a hemorrhoid that developed after procedure. Did not have problem for the last 25 years. It can be life changing. Noticed abrasion area (rash near opening) for a few days as well. My wife (different doctor) has had same procedure with no issues whatsoever. Disappointed? Yes. SB

Dr. Jue removed hemorrhoids that had plagued me for years. No other doctors had been able to help me in the past. No pain and no problems using state of the art treatment at Digestive Health Specialists. Very good doctor.

I had health problems back last December and was admitted to Forsyth Medical. I had all kinds of tests and procedures to try to determine what was wrong with me. Since I was diagnosed with UC back in September of 2014, Dr. Jue has taken care of me. (He has passed me on to Dr. Rajan and he is a fine doctor too.) I was prepped and all ready for my colostomy and laying on a gurney at FMH. Someone tapped me on the shoulder and it was Dr. Jue. Immediately my apprehension melted. Dr. Jue had done my previous colostomies (3) and felt very much at ease and everything went fine. I no longer have to take Humira. I'm getting stronger daily and Dr. Jue has been an important part of my life. By the way, I spent 36 days in FMH and 14 at Novant rehab facility on Stratford Road in Winston-Salem. I had to learn how to walk again, but my colon has been fine.

Always honest and upfront and cautions about procedures. Highly recommend him.
