Terrible. I felt like my concerns were not treated like concerns. He literally said "if you have any more complaints" in conversation. I don't ever rate doctors but he made me feel bad after trying to get medication for a hereditary skin condition. I do not recommend this doctor at all. If I could give zero stars or below I would.

I would not recommend any of my family or friends to Dr. Chris Jacobsen. Our family has seen him multiple times at the Instacare and he does absolutely nothing to help the patient. We usually end up needing to get a second opinion at a different location because he did not give the care a doctor should give. He is a DO for the pay and not too knowledgeable of patient care. I would not trust to see him and advise people I know to stay far away from him. I never rate doctors but this is one that the public needs to be aware of and I am only giving 1 star because I have to rate him somehow.
