Bad fit for elderly patients
Dr. Ince himself is a good doctor but he spreads himself VERY thin and has VERY limited availability for appointments and procedures. There are only tiny slots of time in his schedule and if you miss out, you're out of luck and stuck in pain until something opens up. Ironically, there is not a high level of awareness of an elderly patient's needs and limitations or how pain affects them - which is much more severe than a younger more resilient patient. Proceed with caution if the patient is elderly, weak and frail.

Dr is great - office personnel horrible
Dr Ince is a great doctor. I went to him for about a year. I have chronic pain and major health problems. Dr’s offices and specialists are familiar to me. Never, never in my life have I been treated with such coldness and rudeness from people as I received from his staff. His personnel are supposed to be somewhat sympathetic and to a degree, understanding. These people clearly are in the service industry but can not stand to serve anyone! Don’t be 16 minutes late, they won’t let you keep your appointment. Don’t forget your wallet at home on the kitchen counter, they won’t let you keep your appointment. They do not return phone calls, they take their time in communicating between the Dr and patient for special needs. They do not care! These people do not want to be bothered or inconvenienced in any way. Dr Ince will NOT step in and lend support. All authority is theirs. Good luck!

Best pain doctor ever!
I have been seeing Dr Ince for about 15 years. He is absolutely awesome. He is very compassionate, treats patients with respect, great listener, and one of my friends, as well as my doctor. I can’t say enough good things about him!

Dr Ince and staff were amazing. They were able to get me in quickly. I have had back pain for several years and has had a major back surgery recently. Dr Ince really took his time with me and explained everything very thoroughly. I would recommend him.

Very unprofessional staff. Inconsiderate people with zero compassion or understanding of a person suffering a chronic illness. They make you feel as if its your fault that you’re there and you’re doing nothing but I’m positioning them by coming in to see him. I never understood why they would make people feel so bad when we all felt pretty bad to begin with. That’s why we’re there. We’re in pain. Is staff could care less about your pain. The 15 minute rule is engraved in stone. If you’re over 15 minutes past your appointment time you will not see Dr Ince. I was stuck in traffic on I20. I called to let them know 25 minutes ahead of my appointment time that I might be a few minutes late. I drove like a madman as fast as I could. I arrived 16 minutes and about 30 seconds late. They refused to see me. Dr Ince will not help in any way with his staff either. So don’t ask him to help. He won’t. I would t refer my enemy to this office. Never.

Dr. Ince is an exceptional doctor with high moral and ethical character. He does not run a "pill mill" as some pain doctors are known to do. I appreciate that. As someone who has struggled with chronic pain, even before my cancer diagnosis, I can say Dr. Ince's care and compassion made it possible to survive the chemotherapy and radiation, which almost killed me.Dr. Ince and my oncologist made sure I received the best medical care available.

I waited 1 hour & 50 minutes. Had the Olympics not been on the TV, I probably would not have stayed that long. On my way out, I spoke with a man waiting for his wife, she arrived at the same time as I did. He said the long waits were not unusual, and one time his wife waited 3 HOURS. I will not go back to Dr. Ince again, my time is worth more than that. I would NOT recommend Dr. Ince to anyone: friend, family or even an enemy
