One of the Best.
Dr. Hargett performed my son's, William Wheeler neck surgery. My son is doing great and healing very well. He and staff answered all our questions before and after surgery. The office visits are great also.

Dr. Hargett treated my mom for swelling of the brain. He did a lot of surgeries on her. She ended up with a bad brain infection. He was amazing with my mom and the whole family. He was kind and spent a lot of time with us. If I called with a problem my mom was seen right then. I hated when he wasnt on call during the weekends and Dr. Bentley wasnt on call.

This doctor is not interested in your welfare or quality of life. Just how many surgeries he can do. He’s never spent more than five minutes with me during an appointment. Always rushed. See somebody else if at all possible.

Dr. Hargett is a wonderful surgeon who gave me my life back! My lower spine was totally jacked up. I was in constant pain and even with opiates I could hardly walk. Most of my time was spent in bed and I had almost given up. Luckily I got hooked up with Dr. Hargett who fused my spine in two places, did a laminectomy, reamed out several places so the nerves would not be pinched, stitched up a nerve that was being worn into, and other feats of magic too numerous to mention. Long story short, I love me some Dr. Hargett and if you have a spine problem you need this guy to fix you!

As for Dr. Hargett, he always had a different excuse for why you still had pain after surgery. Really got old. But his nurse, she was special. I went to see a rheumatologist, which is in the same office, due to having pain and burning in my joints in my hands. The first thing he said to me was, and I quote, “Dr. Hargett’s nurse said that the reason you are here to see me is to get more pain medicine. She said you are here to see me about your neck.” She don't know me to make that statement

Dr. Hargett performed a spinal fusion and very extensive back surgery for me a little over a year ago. I found him to be very competent and caring, I had spinal stenosis and other problems that were causing acute sciatic pain from my lumbar area down my legs. He explained everything to my husband and me prior to surgery, told us what he could do and what was not possible, and what to expect during my hospital stay and following therapy. I would definitely recommend him.
