My Son was in ER early hours of today. Not interested in what was wrong with him. He fell down 12 steps. My Son told the Nurse about how he treated him. The Nurse said “he’s just I’m a bad mood” My Son asked for pain meds and Nurse told Doctor and his response was “He’s opioid dependent and all he’s going to get is Tramadol” We asked to know where he got that from. Doctor never came back with diagnosis. Nurse said what Doctor told her. We got paperwork and discharged. Never again!!

Dr. Haas was at the ER when my husband was brought in. My husband died, but Dr. Haas was not forthcoming. I practically had to "guess" that he had died. Now, a week later, I can't get the death certificate signed. The funeral home has been unable to get a signed death certificate from Dr. Haas. I do not understand this. I have things I need to take care of, my week off from work is almost gone, and I have been unable to take care of necessary business. This is egregious and cold-hearted.
