My best friend Primary Dr. he’s in a walker
Best friend on a walker as he walks into Dr Finlay office. Dr says he’s all good. Take a joint supplement he says? No MRI of back. No MRI of hip nor his knee. Dr is worried more about losing his Medicare or Honor Health bonus than providing quality care and diagnostic tests. My friend has the Cadillac insurance as well. Not Medicare Advantage. Dr is not providing quality care to my friend

Excellent service w in house blood draws in minute
I got lucky finding Dr. Finley. Amazing quick, nice but thorough Healthcare from an excellent Honor Healthcare provider. No more waiting in long blood draw lines. Show up unannounced for your yearly blood draw and they get you out in minutes. Wow!

Inconsistent level of care
I’ve been a patient for just under a year and need help managing two common chronic conditions, which, if properly managed, would cause me not to need to see him more than 2xs/year. Dr. Finlay seems knowledgeable but processes I expect to see followed in his office are not. While it seems like a small thing, I've noticed that there is no contemporaneous note taking- there are no computers in the examining rooms. Staff don’t timely follow up on med management issues, other specialist’s notes seem not to be read after the fact. They’re never commented upon. There is no wholistic approach to medicine going on here. There are only little fires being put out. I expect that my doctor will acknowledge reports received from specialists and send me a note in MyChart that he’s read them. Nothing. This isn’t good. He apparently doesn’t have the support he needs to run a practice of this size. Shame on greedy Honor Health for not properly staffing his office.

I urge you to choose a different office and different Drs for any medical issue or routine medical service you may have or need. In December of 2019 Dr. Finlay mis-billed a consult I had with him. I was billed hundreds of dollars for a consult that should have cost no more than a copay. A mis-billing needs to be corrected by the PCP, and this office has refused to help or assist with their mistake in any way for almost a year now, as has Dr. Finlay. After several/multiple phone calls to the office over the past year and countless lost minutes on hold (up to an hour each time I have called), the office manager has neglected to ever return my calls, nor is she ever present in the office. Dr. Finlay himself has also refused to call me in order to get what should have been a simple solution in place to this outstanding issue - a billing mistake on their part. The incorrect bill has now been put into collections on me by Honor Health. Outside of medical care, this is the most incomp

Dr. Finlay has been my families primary care provider sense 2013. He is very professional and thorough with his health assessments. He takes his time with each patient and does not rush through his health assessment. He sits and listens to each patients. He is then able to appropriately diagnose his patients and creates an individualized plan for each patients. He is kind and understanding.

I went to Dr. Finley after visiting the ER with severe neck and arm pain. The ER informed me I had minor arthritis and sent me home. Dr . Finley recognized in minutes I had ruptured disc in my neck. He scheduled an MRI and I was able to have surgery in a matter of days. Great Dr. highly recommended!!!!!!

I just recommended Dr. Finlay, who I've seen for about 6 months now, to my good friend who is not a huge fan of doctor visits. Dr. Finlay has helped me with a wide range of things, from prescribing simple medications I need, to examining a lump in my breast and figuring out everything that needs to be done to take care of it. He communicates very well, which is a top priority for me, and I will be happily going back to him in the foreseeable future; I have no complaints.
