him and his team were very attentive after my gallstone surgery.. there was some lingering pain afterwards, but they provided their direct phone number when I asked and took my calls to talk about the pain and what I should do. i felt supported all the way until I was able to follow up with a longterm doctor in clinic across the street

We Felt he didn’t listen to me on any level. Had me immediately going to see surgeons and immediately getting MRI and CT scans. When I asked his opinion on a health issue he, while in our presence, had to pull up my health records saying he knew nothing about a very important fact. Makes you wonder just how prepared is he to even see you as a patient for any reason at all if he isn’t aware of what your health records plainly clarify. He also had to call someone else in the room to show her what he was addressing. I was not introduced to this female and had no idea who she was. He then based his decisions on what she advised. SO WHO WAS SHE, I asked and never got an answer. I will seek out a new internal medicine doctor with more experience dealing with a patient like myself who is currently undergoing treatment for a serious disease. I’d give no stars if I could.

Thanks to an over zealous Doctor, my treatment with the specialist is now delayed. Arrogance was beyond belief. Had poor ability to interface with existing EMR and unable to accept answers that did not fit with his pre-pre-determinded thoughts.
