It was a long wait, but well worth it! Dr. Fahey took plenty of time and explained things so I could understand them.

Will not call with information or updates
Initial in person visit was incredibly informative and was great. Following a test, I never recieved a call or message from the office. I found out from the scheduler what my diagnosis was. It was completely ridiculous and frustrating to not hear from the medical professional themself. This behavior continued with a short two sentence message following a second test and I had to dig for the full results. Again, no phone call or appointment to discuss.

First Visit With Dr.
I saw Dr. Fahey to be evaluated for "pre-Parkinson's symptoms". As you may imagine I was extremely nervous about this appointment; however, Dr. Fahey's calm demeanor and ability to explain things clearly and ask concise, direct, questions, put me at ease. While I did not leave with a totally clean bill of health, so to speak, I did leave feeling much less stressed and with a solid diagnostic game plan in place. Dr. Fahey came off as, not only being, a competent doctor but a nice person as well.

Dr Fahey (although located in Arlington Heights, IL) is the man pictured here. He was very good. I was fairly stressed after having a seizure one month and getting a cancer diagnosis the following but my visit to Dr Fahey truly calmed my concerns. Additional tests were needed, but he seemed confident that the one-time seizure was likely a direct result of low blood sugar and ultimately a prelude to the pancreatic tumor diagnosis I had received. He was kind and concise with his answers. I left feeling much better leaving than I walked in feeling. I had been told by a different Neurologist in the ER, that I had epilepsy, so naturally I was thrilled to learn that low blood sugar from the tumor were the true issues. He was also highly recommended by my other physicians. I hope I don't need to see he often but will gladly return if required.
