Dr Eaton is extremely patient and accessible. He responds quickly to emails and phone calls, and has an excellent receptionist who is readily available for paperwork needs. Dr Eaton is attentive, respectful of experience, and symptoms, and explains plan of action thoroughly. He’s knowledgeable and has a wealth of experience. I was terrified of entering psychiatric care, but Dr Eaton has made the process comforting and seamless. I highly recommend him.

I found Dr. Eaton terrific, first-rate, knowledgeable clinician who listens carefully, was always respectable. Dr. Eaton was easily accessible for follow-up issues by email or telephone. Appointments always on time, seldom did I wait more than 5 minutes. He consistently spent between 20-30 minutes, checking in with me not only regarding medications, but also ordered lab work whenever there a question regarding Psych meds impact on my general health issues. when in severe crisis, he took immediate action to address my issues. He always treated me as knowledgeable partner in managing my psych/medication issues. Dr. Eaton was my psych MD for more than 6 years. I look forward to reconnecting with Dr. Eaton when I return to Northern California 2020. In short, I found Dr. Eaton psych care outstanding. I had made numerous recommendations regarding Dr. Eaton. He is Number One reason why I will sign up for Kaiser Health coverage when I return to a SF Bay Area.

Very judgmental in both body language and what he says. Did not listen to the complexities of my issues and tried to pressure me into treatment I didn't want.

Incredibly condescending and unprofessional. Changed my treatment plan, going against what I've been taking for almost a year now successfully. He saw me a single time, and apparently didn't even note that part of my regimen during the visit, and decided against prescribing it again when I requested it. Throughout the interaction surrounding that issue he was confrontational and condescending. Used accusatory language as well. I'm never going to him again and have filed a complaint.

I have been seeing Dr. Eaton on/off for a complex problem for 10 years. He has carefully and skillfully helped me through every time things got rough. I enjoy talking to him and trust him completely.

His bedside manner is so uncomfortable. Makes unprofessional condescending comments.
