Big surgeon, not caring for minor injuries
He checked on my daughter‘s big toe, started slow, asked if it’s hurting, then suddenly he bent my daughter’s big left toe, my daughter didn’t scream, but I had to look away. It’s painful to just look at the way he bends my daughter’s toe. He asked his assistant to bring in a pair of insoles, that costs $65. We didn’t buy from him. And my daughter’s toe hurts more than before he checked on it. She complained when we got home. I knew my daughter’s toe isn’t serious, but would love to see an experienced professional to check on it and to get a professional advices. He is not a go to doctor.

Excellent treatment
Dr. Chow performed minor surgery on my 14-year-old son's foot. He was kind, informative, and very reassuring of my son's anxiety. Surgery was quick and efficient, and he gave thorough follow-up instructions and spent as much time as necessary with us. Highly recommend.

I made an appointment in March 2023 with Dr. Chow due to my mom had ingrown toenail. During the procedure, he cut away a tiny piece of toe tip flesh cause bleeding. He was not professional and friendly. He is not a caring doctor. He treated patient without compassion. Avoid him, not recommend.

Asked me what my condition was without checking it himself. Then he recommended immediate surgery without explaining why it was needed, what he was planning to do, or any potential side effects. Seemed like he wanted to get out of there ASAP. Not worth the 30 minutes wait (even with an appointment) for 30 seconds of poor experience.

They had to point a gun shape thermometer on my forehead. I said no difference on the back of my hand. They wanted on my forehead no matter what. I left.

He is a money collecting podiatrist. Money means everything than helpig patients ! They requested me to pay all charges in full CASH first before treatment and if pay by credit card, there is 5% extra. I have never heard of this at my age 65 and Why can' t they charge to my Medicare directly since they do accept Medicare. Instead, they still asked me to pay in full with cash right away. As this pay, I really don't know if his charge is higher than Medicare acceptable amount or not. The assistant told me " when you see any doctor in future, just show them this receipt from us and tell them you have matched up your deduction already" I wonder if they let the Medicare knows how much they had charged on me. I have 3 questions about my feet since he is the specialist , but after the 2nd question, he refused me and said " leave your question for next time" ! Boy ! I never bumped up any doctor like this! Again, I look like other viewers, I won't go back for any reason
