Compassionate and Caring
I have been a patient of Dr. Caulfield for nearly 12 years and have found him to be extremely compassionate and caring. He takes the necessary time to explain things to me. I have never felt rushed at an appointment. The easiest method to communicate with him is through the portal and he actually answers me through the portal! If the situation requires an office visit, I am able to book an appointment in a timely manner, He's tops!

Compassionate. Responsive. Competent. I have been going to Dr. Caulfield for years. He, and his staff are professional, friendly, trustworthy, compassionate., respectful. I recently lost my husband. Dr. Caulfield gave him the best medical care possible over his last 10 years of life. Dr. Caulfield and his staff never failed to check in on him, on myself, during his last months. The office was available for answers to our questions and concerns. My family was amazed at the caring and love the office showed to me upon his passing. They said, "if they could they would move back to Texas to just to be able to have Dr. Caulfield be their family practitioner". They were that impressed by Dr. Caulfield and his staff! And, "Wish he should be cloned. There needs to be more doctors like him."

In 2016 I came to San Antonio with a variety of medical issues to include severe depression. Dr. Caulfield addressed the issues one by one. I can say in December of 2019 I feel better than I have felt in a very long time. I would not hesitate to recommend him or his PA. He has been a “knight in shining armor” for me.

We were looking for a family doctor. I did some research online through several sources and Dr. Caulfield came highly recommended. My husband booked with him first. He really liked him and thought I would too, so I booked the appointment. I have been disappointed with western medicine in the past but Dr. Caulfield has restored my faith. I love that he took the time to really talk with you about your concerns. His staff is friendly and the office building is brand new. We are happy patients!!

Dr. Caulfield and his staff have everything I'm looking for to help me manage my health. His staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and always follows up as promised. As for Dr. Caulfield, he's the best. I've never had a medical professional I trust more. He always knows how to address my issues, takes the time to explain everything that's going on, and puts those explanations in terms I can understand. I've never felt rushed and trust him completely to care for my family.

When I first saw Dr Caulfield, he said there would be no more than 24-48 hour wait for an appointment. I have been told I need surgery for a gall bladder and I am on 30+ pills aday and needed to discuss thiss with my primary care doctor i tried to get an appointment and the earlist I coukd see him was a month away. I always felt rushed when I was in there and never felt he addressed my problems. In fact my Rhumatoligist offered better care and he referred me to the correct specialists.

I have been seeing Dr. Caulfield for over 3 years and have ALWAYS had excellent customer service from him and his staff. He is very wise, and listens to my health problems and then finds a solution. If my appointment is at 9am, they call me in at 9am, I never have to wait to see him. He is one of the few doctors I see that actually sees you at your appointment time. if you are looking for a high quality primary doctor, look no further, he is the BEST primary care doctor in town in my opinion.

I would like to say by far the best Experience I've ever had with a Dr. not only did Dr. Caulfield take the time to actually properly introduce himself, he listened to all my needs and concerns answered all my questions. His staff also went above & beyond to follow up with me and they are very quick. I'm very pleased and happy to say he is my PCP. Its so rare in this day in age to find a Dr who is passionate about his job and helping people I can say Dr. Caulfield is.

Where was Dr. Caulfield's love and compassion toward me? His office manager refused to help me get a temp supply of an anxiety med until the mail order arrived. I learned at the visit a fax had been sent. How could the manager not know this and give misinfo? Upset and anxious, I wasn't cared for. Dr. Caulfield reprimanded, disrespected, and dismissed me. I found a great new PCP who observed i wasn't well and helped. I pray Dr. Caulfield & his corporation don't treat you inhumanely.

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Caulfield. He listened to all of my concerns and addressed each one. It takes a special doctor to have an inquisitive patient like me, and he did well. Dr. Caulfield is very friendly, caring, concerned, and thorough. I've already recommended him to other people. I also loved that his office staff is diverse and very friendly as well. I can't say enough good things about this office. So far so good!

Dr. Caulfield is one of the most caring, concerned Drs that I have seen in a very long time! I am so very glad to have found him! My daughter went to him and the first time she saw him she came home and told me she had found a Dr that I would like, which is rare nowadays for me! Unlike the others I have seen in the recent past, Dr Caulfield is knowledgeable, shares what he thinks, jokes a little with you and makes you feel like you matter even when he is so busy he should be all in a hurry!

This dr. Has to be one of the best in the city. He listens 100% and goes above and beyond to try to help you. He doesn't rush you and his interactions really show that he cares about his job and his patients. Wish we had more doctors like him as so many just suck now a days. I love, love that I found his office. Just one visit changed many things in my life.
