Dr. Christopher Caggiano Sr, MD

I finally found a primary care doctor that I think will be of great value to well being. Dr. Caggiano was professional, personable, as was his staff. I struggle with 'white coat syndrome' and look forward to putting that behind me.

I have been with Dr. Caggiano for 23 years. He is special and makes his patients feel special. He stays in top of my medical needs and has always been so very thorough and kind. I would not have any other physician other than Dr. Caggiano care for me. When he had to inform my husband and I of my husbands incurable cancer he was genuinely upset to have to tell us this news but he did so in a way that was so loving. As busy as he is it is such a great trait that he he has always been a warm and caring physician. Thank you for all the years of amazing service Dr. Caggiano.

He cares about his patients and tries to do what is best for them.

The wait to see him is never long. The staff is good and efficient. They get things done. Some of the staff could be more friendly. I like Dr Caggiano but I do feel rushed at times when I’m talking to him but heIs a very good Dr. I would recommend him.

Doctor Caggiano is a very good and caring doctor and as a physician, I would rate his with 5 stars. However, the office practices regarding insurance, whether that's his office specifically or the Orlando Health organization, is absolutely all about making money. I've been overbilled more times than could be called an accident. When the office reviewed my new insurance and told me that the bill would be nearly $100 for a 10-minute visit due to my deductible, I went ahead and paid it. Weeks later

Dr. Caggiano is an excellent doctor. He takes the time to sit down and listen to you, and is very clear in his explanations to questions, and explains things in terms that are easy to understand and comprehend. I highly recommend.

My family has been going to Dr. Caggiano for over 10 years now. I like him as well as his PA, but his office staff is the worst! They are rude, unprofessional, and every time i call the office they act bothered that they had to answer the phone. When you go in for an appointment everyone looks so miserable and unfriendly and the nurses have no personality. We are looking for a new doctor because we are tired of dealing with the snotty attitudes every time we go in for an appointment.

I love The Dr’s and PA but they’re office staff is disorganized. I called to reschedule an appt. I show up at the rescheduled time and they charged me for a no show because they said I missed the original appt. because they didn’t show the reschedule in the system. So I’m paying a late fee for the inadequacy of your staff??? So my recommendation to all, the medical staff is great but get names of the office staff you speak to!!!!

I don’t get the bad reviews, I’ve been a patient of Dr C for 20 plus years and I think he is great. Always spends time with me and explains all. His pa, Rachel, is also excellent. I highly recommend this doctor.

I've lived in Lake Mary for over 20 years and I've had to switch doctors many times due to Insurance changes but in my opinion, Dr. Caggiano and his nurse practitioner are the worst. I've been going there since January and have yet to even meet the doctor and he's more worried about himself and his practice than actually taking care of the patients. It doesn't matter what the patients issues are or what's in their best interest health wise, all he cares about is himself and his practice.

This doctor is more interested in his ego then in helping patients. The wait times to see him are extremely long. If you question anything he tells you he will not help you and will recommend you go elsewhere.

Horrible staff. Whenever I call I am on hold for at least 20 minutes. Who has time to consistently wait that long for a staff member to talk to you. I also had my pharmacy call them for a refill- 3 times with absolutely no response to their messages. I have only been there once but that will be my first and very last time. He needs to either fire the staff he has or add to it so his patients are helped in a reasonable amount of time and things get done.

Quick and thorough. Very happy to have chosen him as my primary care provider
