I recently transferred from care at Norton Cancer Center in Lousiville to Elizabethtown. When Dr. Burkeen came into the examination room, it was very apparent he had read my charts/history and familiarized himself with my case so as to eliminate the normal review that might otherwise been required upon a first visit to a medical special provider. His preparation for my visit totally impressed me by demonstrating he is thorough and caring and takes the time necessary to serve his patients. I found him pleasant and patient as he attentively listened to my concerns and answered my questions. Based on that first visit, I would recommend him without hesitation.
