Dr. Christopher Bruno, MD

Disappointing,cursed during my procedure. He was very cranky and rude!! Also paid my unexpected invoice in November with 200 to pay when the next statement came in, never came in December BUTa collection notice came in. I can not recommend him.

Dr. Bruno has taken care of my eyes for many years. He detected basal cell carcinoma on my eyelid and also did the surgery on my cataracts. He is a great doctor.

I was nervous for laser irodotomy! Dr.Bruno explained everything and how it would go side effects etc. I’m pleased it was a Blessing an successful surgery.. I do see halo’s at times but not always , I go 5/8/23 for my right eye to get done it’s to prevent closed Angle glaucoma so this is The place to go an always say prayers he excepts all the Help he can get from God as well great staff also !!!!

I am aware my experience is rare so I am writing this just to tell others of this situation. The cataracts are gone and my vision is good. There was a major issue with the IV which caused nerve damage which continues after 4 months. We have health insurance so all the charges were covered except copays. The office was not at all interested in helping and told me I signed my rights away. I am disappointed because most businesses carry insurance to help with accidents of most kinds. The receptionist was so very unkind. I have never been treated so rudely. I guess I just went to the wrong place.

Dr. Bruno fosters an environment of hostility and non-compassion. Unfortunately, he has allowed his staff to adopt his attitude as well. He does not tolerate any complaint whatsoever, as he will be quick to ask you if you want a referral to see another doctor, then send you to the front office for a refund. My 1st visit was scheduled for 8 am. I arrived ON TIME with completed paperwork in hand. There was no one else in the office except for me and I was kept waiting for 45 minutes with NO EXPLANATION. The front office secretary treated me so bad that I had to leave. I rescheduled that appointment but had to wait a full month. Instinct told me to stay away from this provider, but he was Tier 1 on my insurance plan. I told myself to stick it out and it would be over soon. He would remove my cataract and I would be done with him. The 2nd visit went just as bad as the 1st visit. I was kept waiting for 1-1/2 hours with no explaination. I finally left the office for good.

Dr. Bruno and his staff are wonderful. I would recommend him to all of my family and friends without reservation. He saw me emergently and got me in right away. He took time to review my history, perform a thorough exam, and to review my diagnosis. He was very personable and knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything. His office staff went the extra mile to set up my specialist appointment and to print out all the information my specialist will need. I could not be happier with my experience with Dr. Bruno and his staff.

A completely thorough ophthalmic exam. Highly technical equipment. Most professional and comforting exam/visit.. Dr. Bruno and Vanessa treated me very well. Gwen at the front desk was welcoming and helpful.
