My elderly mother was left in the waiting room for an hour and 45 minutes. The staff was extremely rude to her on the phone when we were trying to find the building. She went to ask about why she had waited so long, she stood at the front desk for 15 minutes & no one ever came up to the desk, so we left. When they called her after we left, she received no apology. We will never take her back there again.

Dr. Bledsoe works at Advanced Dermatology and Cancer Associates. Took my son 1 yr and 8m to have any effect on acne. The nurses who work there are highly rude and disrespectful. I brought it to the attention of the doctor several times. He always said that he will address it and nothing ever came out of it. Called the Manager Melissa, she said it was highly inappropriate that the nurse spoke that way. She said she will have the nurse call me back to apologize. Never did. Unprofessional Staff
