I took my 15yr old daughter to urgent care for a severe sunburn. We went to Auroa because it had the best google review for the area and we were from out of town. When the doctor finally came in, he did NOT introduce himself. Didn’t address my daughter the patient. I had to call Aurora and file a complaint to get his name. I told him everything that I was doing for her, and he just rolled his eyes at me. He then proceeded to tell me about his time as an army doctor and all his experience with burns, and no he couldn’t give me a burn cream because it wasn’t appropriate. Not one time during this conversation did he ever address my daughter. He briefly looked at her stomach. He never looked at her shoulders that had blisters or another part of her body. They whole time he was in there she was crying uncontrollably. He wasn’t even fazed by her crying he did not care. The doctor couldn’t even sit up and address us. He was practically laying his whole upper body on the desk.

Said he wasn’t waiting for my child to be able to take strep test, said we were running out of time, did not even look at child to check ears, throat or anything. Never will be back. Front desk and nurse were amazing.

Saw this Dr when i was 8 mos preg (in 2021) for possible covid. he told me i was fine, to go home. 4 days later i tested positive. this year (2022) i took my baby into urgent care, and spent more time hearing about his work in 3rd world countries being a Dr vs. my childs health. I was concerned for RSV, sinus infection, and ear infection. He told me she COULD have RSV, but not bad enough to hospitalize her, but never tested her. He said "sinus infections dont exist here" and went on about how people in 3rd world countries have sinus infections. he's had to use a stake and hammer to their nose to bring the puss out. When he went to check her ears, he refused to let me distract her and insisted i restrain her. said she was fine and sent us away. another dr saw her a couple days later and had to clean some wax away and found there was a DEFINITE ear infection. so she had gone days with an ear infection and no treatment because of his neglect!

Took my daughter in to urgent care for a possible ear infection. He was extremely rude and would not even do anything. Horrible bed side manner and just seemed mad to be there.

He is the worst. Aurora is desperate and scraping the bottom of the barrel by having him on staff. I wish I could give him negative stars.

Ridiculous tested me and I had a uti and did not prescribe meds and wouldn’t write an order for me to have a CT scan told me to go to the ER which is very costly. Never again will I go there.

Overcharged the visit for a simple visit, $800 charged. Could not believe the price for a 2 min visit and a small slit with scalpel to the finger to drain swelling, which was classified a surgery. What a joke. Fraudulent charging. Very dissapointed
