Dr. Christopher Bauer, MD

I’ve been seeing Dr. Bauer since my miscarriage in 2016. He’s seen me through my next two pregnancies. Absolutely love him! He’s so personable. His office staff it also so helpful and caring. Would certainly recommend.

Multiple reschedules because things kept coming up. A delivery, a Death in the family, This poor Doctor seems to have the worst luck in the world. I'll be going to a Doctor who will actually see me for the serious condition I have been suffering from for over a year.

I've been going to Dr. Bauer for thepast several years and cannot say enough wonderful things about him as a person and a doctor. He is extremely professional yet has such a pleasantbedside manner. DR Bauer takes the time to listen and address any questions or concerns you may have and makes you feel like his door is open If you ever need to follow up with anything. I highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of a wonderful doctor in this field.

I would recommend Dr. Bauer to anyone. He has a great bedside manner and makes you feel like he genuinely cares about you.

He seems to be a competent doctor if you plan on having an easy pregnancy. However, as someone who is experiencing a young unexpected pregnancy, he is not the supportive doctor you will be looking for. Did not ask me why I was upset and was very awkward. He suggested abortion twice even after me saying that was not what I wanted. Trying to reach his office is a nightmare and he did not respond to my medical concerns. Not the worst but going to someone who is empathetic makes a huge difference.

Terrible handling of a patient. No direct contact and I was simply tossed over to a Dr. that I didn't even know. Refusal to understand a file and appointments that were already fulfilled. No respect is shown to patients in this practice! The office mgr is appalling with zero people or professional skills. It took this Dr./Office 9 days to return a call! Yes, 9 days. Unacceptable. Just a horrific experience with everyone that is and was a part of this office!

Dr. Bauer is the BEST. I wish more doctors were like him. He delivered my daughter and was so kind throughout the whole process. Still recovering but when its time for baby #2, I will definitely go to him again :)

After working with Dr. Bauer for four years I can say he is very dedicated to his patients. Recently, after speaking to a woman who became a mother for the second time, I learned how comfortable you can be two weeks after having a c-section! She told me she had no discomfort. I thought this was amazing, and I was very proud that I worked for the doctor that provided her with this care! He will always go above and beyond!

Did a botched c-section on my first pregnancy and tried covering it up. 4 infections later and an open wound for 4 months I had to meet with plastic surgeon to go in re-open my c-section and clean it out. WORSE doctor I have ever come in contact with.

Dr Bauer is so sweet! He is a very caring doctor who takes the time to listen to your concerns.

This physician is the most thoughtful caring person I have ever met. He delivered my daughter and was so competent and kind. I can't thank him enough.

Dr Bauer is very professional and courteous. I delivered my first born in January and Dr. Bauer made frequent checks and maintained a sense of calm. He also came visited the new born the following day and signed off as a smooth delivery. I recommend Dr. Bauer to all new mothers who anticipate the arrival of their little ones and often get nervous. Experience with this doctor will leave you feeling great about the experience, not to forget the great maternity staff at Chilton Medical Center.
