1 hour wait? Please respect your patients' time!
If you prefer to spend longer than normal times with your patients, please schedule longer appointments. It is unfair and disrespectful to not honor an appointment time in favor of other patients. Won't be coming back.

I was very impressed with Dr. Annis. I had an appointment with a pain management doctor from Fort Wayne, but cancelled it after reading about Dr. Annis and his philosophy of pain management. I have CRPS (a relatively minor case, but still very painful). The treatment and medication he prescribed has been extremely helpful. After dealing with constant burning pain constantly for months I am almost pain free. I would highly recommend Dr. Annis to anyone who is dealing with chronic pain.

Dr Annis is my pain specialist at OSMC in Elkhart. He is the reason I have a great quality of life. I almost 60, and spent most of those years as a morbidly obese yet small-framed person - so you can imagine the wear and tear on all my joints and muscles. By the time I finally lost weight and found Dr Annis, I was falling apart and could not take most pain meds. Dr Annis has worked hard to help me feel better and to manage what I cannot correct. He is a natural wonder.

"Pain Specialists" have a limited "bag of tricks", so to speak. If they cannot solve your problem with physical therapy or some type of injection, there is not much they can do. My concern with this doctor stemmed from I voiced my opinion and concerns regarding a procedure he wanted to do. He presented me with no other options for my neck, and no options for my upper back pain.

After being passed around from Doctor to Doctor, I finally landed in Dr. Annis' care and never looked back. True compassion and empathy seem to be a hard thing to find these days, especially when it comes to pain management specialists. Neither of those things fell short on Dr. Annis. He has a remarkable bedside manner, a great sense of humor, genuinely cares about each patient and shows it by spending as much time necessary with them. I will recommend him a million times over!
