Patient with Gout, been seen by Dr Anna for 10 yr
Had serious flare up an was told I was now a new patient because of the lapse in time during covid-3 years. I need an appointment immediately because I was in severe pain. I need to see him because I cannot take oral meds because of Ulcerative Colitis; therefore I get cortisone injections...It took 4 weeks to get an appointment. The appointment desk was argumentative with no true understanding other than that's the rule. I me with Dr Anna, explained the situation to him, and was told I was no more of an exception than anyone else... the rules were the rules in that office. He did not listen to me, he was belligerent, showed no compassion as a doctor. I would not recommend him as a Podiatrist. He always seemed like such a nice person in the past. He was not professional. I will never go back to that office.

Great DPM recommended to me by a friend
The last physician I saw for my plantar fasciitis did not take me seriously and offered little help but not Dr. Anna. He doesn’t rush you out and actually listens. He won’t make you feel pressured to go through with any treatments you are not comfortable with.
