Rotten interaction
Dr. Vidorra has a tendency to be have episodes of disrespectful behavior towards her staff in public view. It makes me uncomfortable that it this could affect my care.

I waited so long, I had to leave before my appointment. I’m considering rescheduling but not sure. I’ve seen many doctors over the years and have never experienced such an unprofessional and unpleasant front desk staff.

Great doctor but tends to run late by as much as an hour. It takes at least a month or more to schedule an appointment. Her office called to move my appointment because she could not be there that day but next available appointment was 6 weeks later. When I asked if there were ever any cancellations her office said that there were 10 people already on the waiting list. Apparently her time is more important than mine.

Likely the VERY BEST doctor I've ever had. Caring, compassionate, wonderful listener, she goes above and beyond for her patients. She is extremely gifted and extremely giving. It may take a while to get in, but that's because she's giving genuine care to another patient...and you can bet she'll be doing the same for you. You can take it to the bank. A great doc, a lecturer at UTHSC, a good sense of humor...and on and on!! . Five stars aren't nearly enough for her. And her staff is awesome!!

A True Professional, she takes the time to understand the problems, she reviews andinvestigates the situation to insure the absolute best outcome for each individual. She's no nonsense, she is down to earth and solid in her standarts. Never had a question unanswered, always willing to help and get to the bottom of things. Uses a top notch NEW facility to dispense eletrocilis , and other medical needs. Great office staff, that return calls an help in answering questions!

I have been seeing Dr.V for 5 years now. Within 5 months she had me going from screaming in the pillow from pain to a functional person. She brings positive to both myself and family. I learned early you may have to wait beyond appointment time, but I quickly saw that it was due to the fact that she gives what her patients' need and not limited to the normal 10-15 minutes from others. Her staff is wonderful and just as kind as she is. She is God sent to me...

I've been with Dr. Vidouria for many years. She always listens and adresses issues in a professional manner. Very knowledgeable and caring. My only concern is the wait time. I try to get first visit or right after lunch times and still wait 30-45 minutes.
