Offensive Lecturer
Dr. Snyder presented herself as the most judgmental physician I have ever met. Her accusatory tone of therapies I have chosen over my life was completely offensive as she went through my medical hx. She stated that one of the therapies she 'would NEVER support' although the therapy was actually prescribed by one of her physician colleagues in the exact same office. She is a perfect example of why our healthcare system is broken and patients are seeking care outside of the traditional delivery system.

Poor physician
She gave me medical advice which was incorrect and led to years of suffering. I finally found a new physician out of state as no one there wanted to speak out against another local physician. Her advice caused me years of misery and damage beyond repair. I realize there's not many offices to choose from, but please at least get a second opinion on any advice you receive from her. She cares more about being right regardless of the outcome for her patients. I now believe what I've heard about doctor's egos. I never did until her.

After years of searching for the right doctor
Dr. Christine Snyder has been an absolute angel. After many years, several doctors and scary ER visits searching for answers I found the WCNC and scoped out all the physician profiles. Dr. Snyder's profile spoke volumes to me that she has done far more than just obtain a college degree, and that she is a researcher and would get to the bottom of my condition. I have never experienced such a caring patient side manner with a physician in an office setting before.I was right Dr. Snyder got me the answers I have searched years for within a total of 2 weeks. I now have a treatment plan and step to take to find relief.Dr. Snyder is an absolute asset to WCNC, to patients, and to women. I appreciate that she took the time to sit down and explain everything in terms I can understand without dismissing my concerns. She has been so empathetically supportive through the whole process. Hope to continue to be her patient at WCNC for the foreseeable future.

Highly skilled and compassionate
Dr. Snyder did an amazing job with my challenging total hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy. Despite my uterus being larger than expected (510 grams), she was able to perform the surgery vaginally, which made the recovery much quicker and less painful than other methods might be. She has a compassionate and caring demeanor and great bedside manner. I highly recommend her!

Bad experience
One of the worst doctors I’ve ever seen. Spent less than 5 minutes seeing me. lacked compassion, didn’t listen to my concerns, felt like she could care less about how I was feeling and was just eager to leave. I’ve never felt so rushed and left an appointment feeling so dismissed. Avoid her at all costs.

Talks fast, doesn't listen, all business
Each appointment is scheduled for "20 minutes", but good luck if you get that. She talks fast, all business and needs to get to her next patient. Did you actually go to school for a dozen years to do this with your life and rush through important decisions with patients and barely listen to them (I have corrected you many times because you didn't actually listen and kept talking over me)? It's sad that it's come to this. I just left my "pre-op" appointment in frustration and canceling the surgery because of this. Surgery under anesthesia is a BIG deal, but I know you do hundreds of these a month, so it's no big deal to you. I'm not being indecisive (as you made me feel), I should be able to feel comfortable with someone who has my life in their hands. Congrats on all the money you are making. Now I go back into the queue of trying to find a better fit of a doctor. Be warned if you have an appointment with her, she subscribes to the "drug it, cut it, or get out" mentality.

I wouldn't trade her as my doctor for anything!
Absolutely amazing doctor. She got me through a high risk pregnancy, delivered a beautiful baby girl for us. Helped me with back to back miscarriages, and now is supporting me through another pregnancy. She's so compassionate, genuine, and straightforward. I don't ever want to go to another OB. You will be in amazing hands with Dr. Snyder!

After calling off work to meet with Dr. Snyder my wife and I were told she could no longer see us and we would have to reschedule after being only 6 minutes late. As someone who works in a hospital being part of a healthcare team requires empathy. This was a terrible first impression, it is obvious she has very little to no care for her patients. Mind you nobody was in the lobby no patients to be seen and my wife had filled out all her registration papers via email. Medical assistant never gave us a warning of not being seen due to be five minutes off appointment time. Would not recommend coming to this office. Lack of common courtesy.

If you have Vaginismus, vulvodynia, or any other problem that causes you to have pain down there, please do not see Dr. Snyder. You can thank me later. I’d seen her twice about vaginal pain and a cyst I have down there and I always left her office crying. She even had the audacity to compare me to her other patients and said “well, all my other patients can handle this exam, even the young teens who’ve never even worn a tampon”. Why on earth would you say that to an 18 year old at her first or second appointment who was choking back tears from humiliation, pain, and frustration? I will never make another appointment with her.

Dr. Snyder has been taking care of my elderly mom for a number of years now. She is extremely kind and knowledgeable. She helped my mom through a very difficult time when my dad was dying and my mom had her own health issues. I am so thankful to Dr. Snyder for her help at that time as well as the high quality medical assistance she continues to provide. Dr. Snyder saw my mom just last week and was so respectful and thoughtful with her. Dr. Snyder is generous with her time and never makes my mom feel rushed or unheard. She has also been great in communicating with me by phone as necessary. And finally, a special thanks to Dr. Snyder's nurse, Monique, who has also been very helpful and thorough. We are so grateful for their care!

I would recommend Dr. Ryan to any woman who is looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate doctor. Dr. Ryan is very professional and cares about her patients, I just had a hysterectomy that Dr. Ryan performed and she spent all the time I needed to answer all my questions and concerns. She's the best!

Did not spend any time explaining what what was wrong with me. Was extremely rude concerning very sensitive issues. Was hurried, with a bad bedside manner. Did not listen to entire list of symptoms I had before cutting me off and making me reschedule for something somewhat urgent.
