Looking for another PC. The 1 star ratings comment sum up my experiences over the last 5 years with Dr. Murphy. Over 20 years ago when I started as her patient, she presented as a caring. She obviously is dealing with something greater.

Jekyll and Hyde! If you ask questions, you are treated as hostile. One minute she is your chatty best friend and the next she is yelling at you. I don’t expect to be screeched at for sharing my questions or concerns about my health. She immediately becomes defensive and talks down to you as if you have no idea how health care works. When presented with a problem the first thing she does is snap at you “Did you go to Urgent Care and why not?!” Oh, is this the status quo now? She also complains loudly about patients right outside other patient doors. If you actually have a problem, she is NOT the doctor you want. If you are searching, she is always taking patients, while other doctors are not. This is why.

Dr Christine Murphy has continuously treated me beyond poorly. She talked down to me from day one with her as my primary. My last experience on 6/3/2020, was so bad I sobbed and sobbed for hours after. She made me feel like my health and well-being were insignificant. I’ve never encountered a doctor so non-empathetic and completely disrespectful and oblivious of my needs. She does not include me in my own treatment plans. She could care less about my thoughts feelings or opinions and least of all my health. I suggest you look elsewhere if you’re looking for a primary MD who will treat you with kindness and possess basic medical knowledge. Please note that I did try to switch doctors but was told by the office staff who I’d rate a 1.5, that changing doctors not allowed within the practice. My health is failing & she just sent me away without examining me She stated she was going to refer me to the ER/Urgent care. Is that what primary’s do now? It’s not, she did not want to see with me.
